Anzidei, L. Frusteri, R. Giovinazzo, E. Guerrera, D. Sarto, N. Todaro, F. Venanzetti).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">RODAC-WEIGHT<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u201cIl campionamento delle superfici viene eseguito mediante l\u2019applicazione di piastre Petri tipo a contatto (cio\u00e8 con la superficie del terreno adatta per l\u2019adesione con la superficie da monitorare), riempite di idoneo terreno di coltura, esercitando una lieve pressione della piastra sulla superficie da monitorare. Si raccomanda l\u2019utilizzo di un applicatore temporizzato a peso standardizzato secondo le norme ISO (ad esempio il \u201cRODAC-WEIGHT\u201d, piuttosto che l\u2019effettuazione manuale della applicazione. Infatti i coefficiente di variazione sono risultati molto pi\u00f9 bassi quando si \u00e8 utilizzato il \u201cRODAC-WEIGHT\u201d piuttosto che il campionamento \u201cmanuale\u201d per il controllo delle medesime superfici. La durata standard della applicazione \u00e8 di 10 secondi. E\u2019 consigliabile effettuare i prelievi in triplo sulla medesima superficie in esame, campionando in tre punti vicini significativi per la valutazione dei livelli medi di
